Safari Bookings And Car Hire – SBACH Platform allows host to offer car hire services, car pool services, provide advertisement platform for host to list cars for sale and safari/tours programs and customers to book car hire and carpool services and transact directly with host listings cars for sale and safari/tour programs. After identifying and selecting a services, the Customer and the host may communicate via the chat thread in the Safari Bookings And Car Hire – SBACH Platform (the “Chat Thread”) to understand the scope, schedule and other details of the services(including, without limitation, any specific hazards, obstacles, or impediments in the country of service (whether visible or concealed) that may impact the performance of the car hire or carpool service). Payments for car hire and carpool will be collected through safari bookings and car hire platform. Transactions for car sale and safari/tour will be transacted directly with the host. Once the service is scheduled via the Safari Bookings And Car Hire – SBACH Platform by the host, the Customer and host form a legally binding contract for the car hire or carpool service, which includes the engagement terms proposed and accepted, and any other contractual terms agreed to, by the Customer and the host in the Chat Thread for the service (the “Service Agreement”). The Customer and the host each agree to comply with the Service Agreement and the Agreement during the engagement, performance and completion of a car hire or carpool service
